A steady place for artists to talk honestly about their work
This is a small, online artist support group for people who are actively making but don’t have many spaces to speak openly about how their work is actually going — the stuck parts, the questions, the shifts, and the wins — alongside other artists who understand the terrain.
This isn’t a class or critique group. It’s about connection, reflection, and staying in relationship with your practice.
The Approach
This group is built on a simple belief: artists need places to speak honestly about their work without performing, pitching, or proving anything.
We’re not here to teach, critique, or fast-track outcomes. The focus is on conversation, listening, and shared reflection — giving space for artists at different stages and disciplines to be heard and to hear one another.
Some people come feeling stuck. Others come mid-flow. Some are returning to their practice after time away. All of it belongs.
The aim is not to fix anyone, but to create a steady container where artists can check in with where they are and where they’re heading — together..
The process is simple and thoughtful.
This group meets online once a week for four weeks in a small, consistent circle of artists.
Each session is lightly facilitated and structured to support honest check-ins, shared reflection, and attentive listening. Artists are invited to speak about how their work is actually going — the challenges, the shifts, the questions, and the moments of clarity.
Advice or feedback is welcome when someone asks for it, but nothing is forced. There’s no homework, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to share more than you’re comfortable with.
The value comes from showing up, being heard, and staying in relationship with your practice — alongside other artists who understand the terrain.

FOUNDER
I’m a practicing artist who values honest conversation about the lived experience of making work.I’m not approaching this group as an expert, teacher, or mentor. I don’t have answers to hand out, and that’s not the role I want to play here. My intention is to be part of the group — listening, sharing, and staying in relationship with my own practice alongside everyone else.
What I do offer is care for the container itself: holding time, structure, and tone so that artists can speak openly, be heard, and listen to one another without pressure or performance.
This group exists because I’ve felt how rare — and how important — it is to have space to talk about art with other artists in a real way. Not just the outcomes, but the process of getting there.
